Equipment : tunnels of fermentation of 64 racks, 5 rotary racks ovens, 3 annular steam tubes ovens.

Characteristic : 3 annular steam tubes ovens,capacity of 54 m ² of cooking served by a lifting automatic loader-unlaoder oven, evacuation of the breads by tunnel of sweating before preparation.
