Bongard Industrie is involved in the energy optimisation of bakeries :
- Recycling of the energy of gas-powered oven smoke to heat water
- Use of cooling tunnels to insulate the heat of cooked products
- Optimisation of the power required by the electric ovens of the whole bakery
- Work on the layout of equipment and related air flow management


Mobile bakeries

For several years now, Bongard Industrie has designed and produced mobile bakeries for the French Army. We also produce mobile bakeries on demand for civilian and humanitarian applications. In the form of containers, trailers or laid-out modular structures, these mobile bakeries are fully equipped with the most efficient systems in the Bongard range and offer a genuine bakery in the uppermost environmental conditions.
